In 1992 – longer than some local roasters have been in business – we began roasting and selling organically grown coffees on a regular basis. Before then, we occasionally offered organic coffees. But, we knew the time was right to make them available every day. We were one of the first Northwest coffee roasters to do so.

Offering a line of organic coffees furthered our efforts toward economic sustainability and helped us forge into greater environmental sustainability.

We have since begun carrying organic loose-leaf teas, and now use organic espresso in our own coffee bars here in Portland Oregon.
