Quality In The Cup
Our Brazil Mogiana received the highest cup category in Brazilian coffee: Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS). The Bourbon variety bean grows at a higher altitude than most Brazilian coffees (2,500-4,000 feet).
This Mogiana is naturally processed by the renowned Coopertiva de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas (COCAPEC). It is dried in cherry for about 8-10 days. Because it is naturally processed, this coffee must be given special attention to prevent over or under drying. COCAPEC has mastered this art. Consequently, quality is ensured batch after batch.
