Returns and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date it was shipped from our location. When the return is not a result of our error or merchandise defect, we will not refund your return shipping costs. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, we will deduct our actual shipping costs from your overall refund (actual shipping costs are what we were charged by the shipper).

Items being returned must include all original packaging, manuals and parts. Items being returned should be clean and free of scratches, dents or stains.

Gifts (with the exception of coffee) that were received with the item you are returning must be returned as well, or we will deduct their value from your overall refund. Coffee received as a gift with purchase need not be returned.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

If you received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately so that we can set aside a replacement. You may return the incorrect or defective item within 30 days of the date it was shipped from our location. When the return is a result of our error or merchandise defect, we will refund your return shipping costs.

Shipping Damage

If your package appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can make a claim with the shipper.

1. a copy of the order packing slip, which will provide us with the order information

2. the reason for the return

3. your preference of a refund or exchange
